Arun Jindal is an award-winning technical leader with over 15 years of experience delivering high-impact digital solutions across the US and European markets. As Technical Manager at uFlexReward, Arun leads engineering initiatives focused on AI innovation, platform scalability, and cloud transformation.
Before joining uFlexReward, Arun served as a Lead Consultant at Infosys, where he specialised in large-scale platform delivery, React migrations, and cloud automation. A hands-on problem solver and trusted advisor, Arun combines deep technical skill with a collaborative, outcomes-driven approach to digital change.
Arun is passionate about driving innovation through emerging technologies including Agentic AI, RAG, and AI developer tooling. He was recently recognised as a winner in the AI GitHub Copilot Hackathon and a top finalist in INFYusion's AI Tribes Hackathon.
At uFlexReward, he plays a critical role in modernising architecture and embedding AI across the platform to meet the evolving needs of enterprise clients.
