Steve Brink is President and Chief Revenue Officer for uFlexReward. His main responsibility is the growth of the client base which includes new clients, partnerships and potential resellers. With his unique experience, Steve serves as one of the subject matter experts in HR specifically in the area of Total Reward. He joined in September 2020. uFlexReward is The Digital Total Reward Platform that aggregates all elements of total reward across all employees and all countries into a single database so that complete analysis, insights and communications can be performed. Prior to this role, he was Chief Executive Officer and President of AIRINC. Under his leadership, AIRINC showed global expansion and tremendous growth to become the #1 provider in Global Mobility data. During his tenure, Steve oversaw a complete executive transition and ultimately sold the company to a Japanese multinational company. Prior to joining AIRINC, Steve was the Global Leader and Worldwide Partner at Mercer responsible for its Information and Software businesses. As part of his global leadership role, he was based in Geneva, Switzerland, and has significant work experience in all regions of the globe. He is a frequent speaker on international HR issues and trends. Prior to his fourteen years at Mercer, he served as an Operations Manager at Towers Perrin, with a focus on HR software tools and global job evaluation systems.
Steve is active in WorldatWork as he was the co-founder of the Business Acumen course and has been teaching the Quantitative Analysis course at the WorldatWork organization since 1990. Steve has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. in Economics from the University of North Texas.
