Sean Luitjens is the Chief Marketing Officer for uFlexReward. His responsibilities include all aspects of uFlexReward’s marketing efforts, including brand, customer research, strategy, and customer communications, while assisting in the development of the partner ecosystem and direction of the product roadmap.
Sean has an extensive background working in strategic roles across organizations holding positions in Marketing, Product Development, System Architecture, Global Sales, Corporate Strategy, Benchmarking, and M&A. Prior to his current role at uFlexReward, he was the Vice President of Corporate Development & Marketing at AIRINC where he was instrumental in the development of the global partner ecosystem, as well as global marketing and M&A.
Previous to AIRINC, he was the Vice President for Product & Marketing at eQuest and a Principal with the Information Product Solutions division of Mercer, where he managed the global benefits benchmarking business. His background also includes roles at Monster where, he was the Director of Product, Strategy and Acquisitions and a Product Manager and Developer for the interactive businesses of Fidelity Capital. In addition to his professional career, Sean also serves on the board of directors for two additional non-profit organizations.
Sean has worked with clients and partners as well as spoken on a wide range of topics including but not limited to total rewards, global mobility, recruitment, compensation and benefits methodology and trends, as well as merger & acquisition strategies. He is a 1992 graduate of Florida State University. When not working, Sean can likely be found in the great outdoors hitting the trails, climbing or partaking in a triathlon.
