Jonathan Best is Enterprise Sales Lead and Account Executive at uFlexReward. He is responsible for generating new accounts, managing the sales process, aligning uFlexReward market position and strategic partnerships, while matching client needs with uFlexReward products and services.
Jonathan has extensive experience in end-to-end HR Technology consulting and deployments; from software design, product ownership, enterprise sales and implementation through to project management and customer success, partnering across multiple verticals with some of the largest global organisations in the world. With specialism in total rewards consulting and technology, and HRIS sales and implementation.
Before uFlexReward, he was a management consultant at PwC focused on selling and deploying various HR Technology projects with focus on Workday HCM, Compensation and Benefits, from net-new implementations through to optimisation of products. Prior to that he was senior consultant at HR Consulting house Buck (previously a Xerox company) focused on delivering total rewards products and services, and developing new total rewards technology to take to the HR market. Earlier in Jonathan’s career, he held employee benefits management consulting roles at BDO and Mercer.
Keen studier of the HR Tech industry, history lover, politics, cricket, and people behaviour. In another life he would love to be a psychologist. When not working he is with his family of three toddler children, surviving and thriving with all that world entails.
